At Belerion Legal, we operate as a specialist legal consultancy focused on resolving UDRP and domain name disputes for clients worldwide.
Our model aligns with the principles of a flexible and responsive regulatory framework stemming from the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) Standards and Regulations 2019. These regulations have paved the way for the provision of legal services by unregulated entities such as legal consultancies, which has fostered innovation, enhanced competition, and raised standards within the legal sector. It is important to note that while our lawyer, Andrew Reed (SRA number: 7012803), is regulated individually, Belerion Legal is not a law firm, and is therefore not authorised or regulated by the SRA.
This means:
We have reduced compliance obligations which in turn reduces our overhead costs, and allows us to offer competitive pricing.
Our clients will not be entitled to claim under the SRA Compensation Fund, which is available to clients of regulated law firms where their money has been stolen, misappropriated or otherwise not properly accounted for, or in certain other limited circumstances.
Belerion Legal is not required to have professional indemnity insurance that meets the SRA’s minimum terms and conditions.
Belerion Legal is committed to adhering to the highest professional ethics and standards.
